A Practical Alternative to Conventional Plastic Mulch
Conventional PE mulch film can improve crop production, but it often requires end-of-season collection, cleaning, and disposal. Thin agricultural film can also be difficult to recover completely from the field.
Biodegradable mulch film is designed to provide the agronomic benefits of traditional mulch during the growing cycle while reducing the need for plastic-film recovery after use.
Our mulch film is available in different thicknesses, widths, colours, and degradation profiles to suit different crops and growing conditions. Standard options include 0.006–0.020 mm thickness, 0.6–2.0 m widths, black or white film, and approximately 1–7 month degradation profiles depending on formulation and environmental conditions.
Supporting documentation includes biodegradation, heavy-metal, dioxin, and agricultural mulch-film testing. Relevant testing bases include DIN EN 13432, ASTM D6400, and GB/T 35795-2017.
