Biodegradable Mulch Film

About this product

EternalNow’s fully biodegradable mulch film is engineered for modern sustainable farming. Made from plant-based resins such as PLA and PBAT, it offers the same strength and durability as traditional PE mulch while leaving no plastic residues in the soil.

Key Features:

  • Certified Compostable: Meets EN 13432 (EU), ASTM D6400 (USA), and GB/T standards (China). Tested for dioxins and heavy metals for crop and soil safety.

  • Strong & Reliable: High tensile strength, excellent tear resistance, and elasticity to withstand field conditions.

  • Customizable: Available in black or white, 0.006–0.02 mm thickness, widths up to 2 m, and adjustable roll weights.

  • Controlled Degradation: Breaks down within 1–7 months depending on climate and soil conditions, aligning with crop cycles.

  • Proven in Agriculture: Successfully used in the cultivation of rice, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, strawberries, grapes, and more across large-scale field trials.

Sustainability Advantage:
Unlike conventional plastic mulch, EternalNow’s biodegradable film naturally decomposes into CO₂, water, and organic humus, enriching soil health and eliminating costly plastic removal after harvest. Farmers gain both economic efficiency and environmental benefits.
